A lecture on “Footwear within the System of Armenian Costumes“ will be held on July 23, at 6:30 pm in Government Building No. 2 (former building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

Candidate of Sciences in History,  ethnographer Svetlana Poghosyan will speak about the role of footwear within the system of Armenian costumes and touch upon its festive-ritual use.

On the same day, the exhibition “Fragments of Identity. Costume” will be replenished with new exhibits.
