Seryozha Ludwig Mkhoyan sniper, (February 22, 2002, Vardenik, Gegharkunik region – November 7, 2020, under Shushi Karin)
In 2008, he attended Primary School No. 2 named after Artak Ohanyan. He participated in several extracurricular activities. In 2017, he enrolled in Vardenik High School and then continued his studies at Yerevan State Technological College. During his time at college, he attended programming courses and had a desire to continue his education in that field. On July 1, 2020, he was drafted into the army of the Republic of Artsakh and assigned to the military unit in the city of Hadrut. Due to the pandemic, he spent the initial period of his service in the 2nd military unit of Martuni. On August 15, he was transferred to Hadrut where, during the swearing-in ceremony, he was appointed a sniper due to his height in the line. When the war began, Hadrut was under siege for three days. After leaving the siege, the fighting continued in the positions of Martuni and then moved to Askeran. On November 4, he made his last call to his family. On November 7, he was wounded in both legs in the area under the Karin of Shushi. Unfortunately, he passed away and became one of the fallen soldiers.
