On January 20, a press conference by the Director of the History Museum of Armenia, Davit Poghosyan, was held at the Museum, followed by the reopening of the permanent exhibition section “Armenia in the 19th Century.”
Within the framework of the renewed display, hundreds of artifacts from various historical and ethnographic regions of Historical Armenia are presented in a new light, including national costumes, finely crafted jewelry, handmade carpets, a wide range of tools, traditional household items, remarkable documents, coins, medals, and more. Some of these items are being shown for the first time as part of the Museum’s permanent exhibition.
