The Department of Marketing and Communications is the youngest department of the museum. It has been operating since 2021. The Department coordinates the development and implementation of the museums marketing and media strategy, design and production of museum souvenirs. It performs a special function of management, which contributes to the establishment, maintenance of communication, mutual understanding and cooperation between the organization and society, the solution to various issues and problems, based on the main task of management – serving the interests of society.
The Department draws up the work programs (current, annual, prospective) and reports on the organization of events, coordinates joint events with other individuals and organizations, edits and proofreads the works of the museum, develops design concepts in accordance with the brand policy of the museum, creates graphic design for events, exhibitions, educational programs, logos, banners, information leaflets and other materials.
The Department also ensures the establishment of international relations and signing of memorandums with foreign institutions.
