On June 1, on the occasion of Children’s Protection Day, a temporary exhibition “What the dolls tell” opened in the History Museum of Armenia. The personal collection of Hirik Antonyan, the mother of Aram Grigoryan, RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Uzbekistan, is exhibited. The collection includes a few dozens of dolls in national clothes typical of different countries from the Far East to Europe.
After the opening of the exhibition, an educational programme was held for young visitors to the museum, during which the children made Armenian national ritual dolls.
