On August 29th at 12:00, in the “Fragments of Identity: Carpet” exhibition hall in the History Museum of Armenia will take place the cutting of the carpet continuously woven for months in the aforementioned exhibition hall and donation ceremony, in collaboration with the “Megerian Carpet” Cultural Complex. The carpet was woven to resemble a silk cover from Artsakh, dated to the 17th century.
After the ceremony of the cutting of the carpet, History Museum of Armenia Ethnography Department researcher Dr. Lilia Avanesyan will deliver a lecture.
