On April 3, the History Museum of Armenia will open an exhibition featuring one of the unique examples of medieval Armenian woodcarving- a wooden door panel of an Armenian church dated 1188.
The exceptional artifact was acquired from the Sam Fogg gallery in London by decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and with state funding, through the Cultural Development Foundation. It will now become part of the collection of the History Museum of Armenia.
Admission with a general museum ticket.
