Arman Hovik Arakelyan. Heavy artillery settler (January 14, 2002, Yerevan – October 16, 2020, Mardakert).
He studied in secondary school # 166 after Artem Mikoyan, and continued study in the Department of “Accounting Registration” at the college of the Armenia National University of Architecture and Construction, receiving a qualification of accountant. In August 2020 he enlisted the Armenian Army. He served in the artilliery military unit of Nerqin Horatagh (Mardakert region of Artsakh Republic), as a heavy artilliery settler. He was born in a family of an officer, where originally the bases of patriotism and knowledge were settled. Arman aimed to illustrate all these on the events, that he had organized and he participated on them personally. Since September 27 he participated in war battles and due to accurate calculations implemented destroying shots for enemy’s military forces, stopping their attacks. He died in battle field, in October 16, from the enemy drone attack. He was awarded the medal “For bravery” postmortem.
