Artur Sargis Gevorgyan (March 19, 2002, Gegharkunik region, Astghadzor village – September 27, 2020, NKR).
In 2008, he enrolled in Arthur Astghadzor Secondary School. From the age of 9, Arthur dedicated himself to dance classes and excelled as an advanced student. In 2020, he graduated from school and pursued admission to ASUE’s Department of Management by Industry. Artur’s dreams remained unfulfilled. On July 29, 2020, Arthur was conscripted into the army and served in the NKR Martakert military unit as a driver. His military service lasted only 58 days. On September 27, while carrying out an order during a large-scale enemy attack, Artur, along with 27 of his comrades, was killed by a UAV attack. His sacrifice occurred on the very first day of the war.
