It is intended for children of primary school age. During the tour, the participants will get acquainted with the museum’s collection of weapons, starting from archaeological weapons to the commemorative weapons of the modern period. During the tour, the specialist presents the use and ritual significance of the given weapon with examples of exhibits. Then, in the hall for the program, the participants are given a relief map, soldiers and types of weapons (in the form of photos). The participants are divided into two groups: each with assigned soldiers and weapons must try to determine a good location for the battle from their perspective and rearrange their troops, developing their tactics. The team that captures more territory without giving the opponent a chance to advance will win. The purpose of the program is to introduce the types of ancient and modern weapons, their use and ritual significance, to make known ancient tactical tricks and to develop the skills of quick orientation and strategic thinking.
