The History Museum of Armenia hosted a lecture on the topic “Honoured People of Armenian Ethnography: Ruben Parsumyan” which was conducted by Hrazdan Tokmajyan, painter, landscape painter.
The speaker presented a huge collection of Armenian craft materials, the archival materials of Ruben Parsamyan, who lived in Aleppo, Syria, came from a family of foundry moulders and was widely known in the foundry trade. The main part of the materials referred to the Armenians who settled in Syria after the Genocide.
During the lecture, a documentary film was shown, in which some samples from Parsumyan’s collection were presented with his interpretation.
