On July 15, the History Museum of Armenia hosted a meeting-talk with Hakob Momjyan, museum friend, Armenian jeweller from Aleppo, who spoke about the characteristics and symbolism of Armenian jewellery, the relations between masters and customers in the past, presented the design and development of Armenian jewellery in Aleppo, and emphasised the use of traditional ornaments in modern jewellery art. As part of the speech, the exhibition “Fragments of Identity: Adornment” was replenished with new exhibits.
