Hovhannes Armenak Alishyan. Mortarman (August 19, 1998, Yerevan – October 11, 2020, Jrakan).
After graduating the school, he enrolled in department of economics of the Armenian Agricultural University. In 2016 he enlisted army, and served in Lusakert, then – in Qarvachar. During his service, he received medals “Eagle of Qarvachar” and “Excellent studier of army”. He perfectly managed weapons. On September 28 – the next day, that the war began, he went to defend his homeland. He participated in heavy battles for Jrakan, was wounded in legs, but refused to leave the positions, he struggled like a real hero. He died on October 11, while commiting a military task, from drone attack. He awarded nominal medals “For Mortl service”, “International security”, “Aspetats”, ”Tigran the Great” postmortaal. He dreamed to buy a house, to have a family and to live happy with his relatives, alas….
