Levon Ara Manukyan (December 27, 2000, Yerevan – October 14, 2020, Mataghis, Artsakh).
He graduated the secondary school # 191 and preferred the speciality of hairdresser. On January 2019 he went to serve in Mataghis. After 6 months’ service, he moved to serve in Talish. During the entire service, he awarded numerous medals and certificates, conducted all military tasks with high sence of responsibility. When the war began, after some days their detachment was surrounded by enemy, due to heavy struggle, on October 8 they managed to come out from the surrounding and continue to fight. He died on October 14 from “Bayraktar” drone attack. As the commander characterized him: “He was a hero in heaven life too”. He desired to liberate Mataghis. He used to say: “Guys, we must fight together, we must win together, we will die together, but we will keep our land…” He dreamed to study in university, to build 2-nd floor of their house, alas….
