Despite sustaining severe shrapnel injuries incompatible with life, he managed to lower the enemy’s flag before succumbing to his wounds on October 9. Noy’s love for the latest technologies and his knowledge aided him at every moment, and it was believed that he could have made great discoveries in the future. In recognition of his sacrifice and bravery, Noy was posthumously awarded the Artsakh “Combat Service” and “Maternal Gratitude to the Braves of Artsakh” medals.
