Vahe Tovmas Asatryan (November 12, 2001, vil. Geghhovit – November 11/12, 2020, Shushi).
His father has participated in Artsakh 1-st war and the son was being brought up in patriotism, he was also honest, friendly. After finishing the main education, he enrolled in Yerevan state basic medical college, in faculty of pharmaceutics. He studied with excellency and looked forward for his dream fulfillment: He dreamed to continue his education in Yerevan State Medical University after Mkhitar Heratsi, then – to open a drugstore. He was enlisted on July, 2020. He served in 5-th battalion of Hadrut military unit. On early morning September 27 Artsakh was involved in large scale war. Vahe with his friends participated in hard battles near Chartar village of Martuni region, in Askeran, in Shushi. During the entire military operations, he not only faught, but also did medical affairs. Vahe managed to see his father and told him about his bravery. He told him: “No one in the world can not film such a movie”. On war days he began to operate the weapon «ПР». On early morning November 8 he began to struggle with his wounded friend in the gorge named “Krkjan”, which was near Shushi. He was wounded on that battle and staying alone and helpless, he died on November 11-12 from the short-shooter’s fire. On November 16, Vahe’s and his friends’ corpses were found by the help of Red Cross Organization. He awarded the medal “For Martial Service” postmortal.
