On September 14, 2019, the History Museum of Armenia hosted the presentation of the book “Tachat Hovakimyan – Hero of  Sardarapat, Victim of Kars Betrayal”. Author: Seda Galstyan, Head of the New and Modern History Department. The event was attended by guests from the National Academy of Sciences of RA, Yerevan State University and others.
